First off, I didn’t mean to, well…hijack this video with mostly personal opinion of how hard creating content can be. In fact, I really love creating amazing or fun content for you guys, which is why I love Casey Neistat’s commercial about the subject. But sometimes what comes out comes out. If you haven’t seen Casey Neistat’s commercial, go watch it. I’ve got some YouTube friends who’s videos were also featured in the commercial which is really cool. In the commercial Casey talks about how content creators should be celebrated for doing what they do with little equipment and big ambitions. I personally loved what was said in the commercial and closely connect to it. So yes, I’m telling the Honest Truth about creating content, but I want to point out also that I couldn’t imagine doing anything else. Many of you know that I started a second channel, and I’m putting a lot of energy and time into it. I’m still vlogging on this channel, but lately feel a bit burned out. This commercial has brought out the fire again in vlogging, which is really the point of what I’m trying to say in this video. And who better to know about vlogging than Casey Neistat?! Okay, maaaaybe Superwoman….and iJustine! If you liked this video please thumbs it up and share it, thank you.
Well, the latest issue is that my heater broke and I’m not very happy about it. So basically I live in an apartment that has a heater built in, but it’s one of those really old ones that uses gas, and then it broke. So I got a space heater and for a while it’s been absolutely great, but recently one of the buttons on it busted. Then just earlier today the whole thing was just shot. It’s late February here in Utah and actually it’s starting to get a little bit warmer here, but technically it’s still winter for another month. That means there’s going to be some cold nights still and there isn’t much I can do about that. But before you feel bad for me, you should know that I’ll be getting a new heater very soon. In the meantime my blanket is actually really warm and I have sweaters. I can turn on my stove and oven to warm up until I buy the new heater, I just can’t believe my current one broke. So here I am in the video basically just ranting about how my heater broke and how I’m not real happy about it, that’s basically the jest of it. Honestly I don’t know how I get myself into these situations, but I suppose everyone has these types of things happen to them and bad days. That’s okay, I’ll be able to get by now that winter is virtually over. If you liked this video please thumbs it up and share it, thank you.
Okay, so I only have one question….where’s my wheelchair?! It’s been a few months and I clearly need to get a hold of my insurance company and see what is taking so long for them to process things. I haven’t even gotten to the stage yet where I get myself measured by a wheelchair therapist or picked out my wheelchair yet, and even then it takes literally months to get it custom built and shipped. Well, I don’t know where my new wheelchair is, and I’m starting to get impatient about the whole thing. In this video I’m basically just talking about how it’s been months since I’ve sent in the papers to get my new wheelchair and just stressing about it. As many of you in wheelchairs already know, it can be a real pain in the butt to get through this entire process. And for all of you who are not in wheelchairs, let me just say….the process is a real pain in the butt! So I guess the big question is, when will my new chair come? And the honest answer to that is, I really don’t know. But I assure you, I will let you know as soon as I get it. In fact, it would really make a nice unboxing video, don’t you guys think? Well I think so. Maybe that’s what I will do when it finally arrives. In the mean time, I guess I’ll have to sit tight and wait for things, I just hope everything is okay. If you liked this video please thumbs it up and share it, thank you.
Soooo….just letting you know that I have this other YouTube channel called Richclashchair ASMR and I think it’s pretty amazing! If you like video games, check it out, if you like ASMR, check it out, if you like roleplay….what are you waiting for already?! I’m starting out with The Legend Of Zelda as a starting point. Along the way I’ll be throwing in some Final Fantasy, maybe some Mario Bros. and really just anything else you guys request. This has been a passion project idea of mine for quite some time now so yeah, I’m really excited (and a little bit nervous) to build this channel. I think honestly one of the main reasons I started a roleplay/gaming/asmr channel is simply because I love to relax and also tell stories. If this isn’t your interest, honestly that’s okay, it’s mine. But if you really do like all these things combined (gaming, roleplay, and asmr) then trust me you will LOVE this channel! It will be an action packed, romance involved, expectation twister. So now that I’ve told you the biggest reason (or rather reasons) why you should check out my new channel, Richclashchair ASMR, what I would like you to do is go over there, watch a few videos, and leave some comments so I know you watched them. If you liked this video please thumbs it up and share it, thank you.
Wheelchair accessible parks are actually not too hard to find, although to be fair I’ve been to an inaccessible park before. It’s also a really nice day outside, the sun is shining, it’s a bit warmer than normal, and there’s a slight cool breeze blowing. Days like this, especially after a really cruel, snowy, cloudy January, just make you want to go outside and enjoy the outdoors. In this video that’s exactly what I talk about. It’s been a really rough winter, in fact, one of the worst on recent record. For those of you in wheelchairs you know exactly how bad it can get because of the snow. It’s nearly impossible to use your wheelchair on snow laden sidewalks, or even ice for that matter. I know the struggles, believe me…I KNOW! Haha. Well, here in Utah January is the big snow month. It usually doesn’t snow much in December or February so I think we’re out of the woods already, which again, is the read I am enjoying a beautiful day outside in a wheelchair accessible park. For those of you who don’t know what it’s like being in a wheelchair, trust me, accessible anything goes a long way. And….I really hope this nice weather lasts, although it is going to snow later this week. It probably won’t be a big snow storm though.
